General Program Questions

What programs does Urban River offer?

Urban River offers a 650-hour Massage Therapy certification program for those wishing to become a licensed Massage Therapist. We also offer continuing education for therapists who are already licensed.

 

How can I pay for my massage education?

Financial assistance is available to those that qualify. Payment plans and loan options are available and we will work with you to make everything as easy and manageable as possible. Massage Clinic Questions

Who is providing massages in the massage clinic?

While under the close supervision of our industry-expert instructors, our most senior students are the ones working in the clinic. You know you’re getting the most up-to-date and freshly trained people in the state!

 

How can I pay for a massage in the clinic?

Urban River’s Student Clinic accepts credit card and gift certificates only, and clients are encouraged to book online at their convenience. Contact us about arranging the gift of a massage for someone you care about.

 

Where should I park for a massage in the clinic?

There is ample parking outside the school at the WestOne Shopping Center. We are next door to the Food Lion grocery store.

 

Which bus stop are you near?

We are conveniently located at the WestOne Shopping Center in the Berea area. Take Greenville City bus routes 502 and 506 to the Farrs Bridge Rd & W Parker Ln bus stop. See the map on the Home page.

 

What hours is the clinic open?

Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9am - 2pm

 

How can I make an appointment for a massage in the clinic?

What forms do I need to fill out?

To prepare you for your first visit to the clinic, before the appointment starts, you will fill out a client intake form.  This means that for your first appointment, we do need you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage.
